The Theartemis Palace is the best hotel in Rethymno. Modern building and rooms, great lobby, enjoyable bar and pool, perfect room with small attentions that make a difference. Exceptionally helpful and nice staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room with own AC unit. Outdoor jetted tub on terrace like a private spa. Well-furnished breakfast with large variety of food. Good location close to the beach.

Travelled with my family, spent 4 nights here and had a great stay. The breakfast was incredibly nice and provided with vegetarians as well as meat lovers. The hotel was near the beach and minutes away from Paralia Choras Rethimnou. The place was minutes away from the heart of Rethymno.

The location was marvellous, not very far from Paralia Choras Rethimnou.

Friendly staff who greeted us with refreshing drinks and a free massage voucher at check-in. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities were nice and modern, including a beautiful pool area. The location was great, close to the beach and a short walk to the old town. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in a convenient location.

The whole experience was really great, no complains at all, strongly recommend. The hotel was amazing with nice staff and a magnificent location to harbor. The rooms were good sized and airy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. The pool was good and I had savoury drinks in the poolside bar.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the standard room with a hot tub. Tea and coffee making equipment, refrigerators, and glassware were a nice touch.
