It was just a decent option for a weekend in Rethymno (Crete) with a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us find the local restaurants we wanted to try. Pro tip, check out the nearby beach for a relaxing time.

Theartemis Palace is a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway! The pool area is beautifully lit at night, making it a great place to unwind. I especially enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet, which offered delicious options, though I wish there were more vegan choices. The warm, welcoming staff really made my stay enjoyable, and I appreciated the gym facilities as well.

Just a great match for a weekend pause in Rethymno with outstanding value for money. The food was excellent, especially the delicious baklava. Make sure to enjoy the smaller pool area for a quieter experience.

Amazing experience with a luxurious touch
I had a fantastic stay in a superior room with an outdoor jacuzzi, which added a relaxing touch to our vacation. The daily cleaning made the room feel fresh, and the breakfast was a delightful spread with plenty of options, including freshly baked items. I appreciated the hotel's evening entertainment with Greek traditional music, which added to the cultural experience. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our daily excursions, although I wish the check-in process was a bit smoother.

The pool area was a highlight for us, especially with our two teens. We loved the great variety at breakfast, and the staff was overall very friendly. Plus, the location is just a short walk to the beach and Rethymno town.
My kids wished for a bit more variety in the evening entertainment.

Theartemis Palace greeted me with a lovely atmosphere. The pool area, beautifully lit at night, made for great relaxation. My room had a spacious setup with a comfortable bed. The gym had great equipment, even though some machines looked a bit worn. Breakfast impressed me daily with fresh pastries and local Greek yogurt, but the fruit didn't have much flavor. Dining options during the evening were plentiful, with a well-stocked buffet showcasing local Greek cuisine. I found the staff very welcoming, though occasionally they seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to longer wait times for service. Thankfully, the bar offered high-quality cocktails, perfect for sipping while enjoying the evening music. I wish the air conditioning worked better on hot nights as it struggled at times, making it a bit uncomfortable. Noise from nearby activities occasionally disrupted my sleep. The location proved convenient, just a short stroll to the beach and the local supermarkets. While the hotel has a cozy vibe, I felt the need for improvement in maintaining some facilities and ensuring staff handled requests more efficiently. it was a good experience, but with room for growth.

Rethymno vibes 🇬🇷✨
Ag man, the brekkie was excellent, always something lekker to munch on, and the pool area was chill with no struggles to grab a sunbed—perfect for relaxing! the dinners were a jol, plenty of variety and the cooks really know how to whip up a feast. Loved the live entertainment too!
Just one thing—sometimes the noise from nearby events went on a bit late, made it hard to catch z's at night.
